The Family Recovery Centers (FRC) is an intensive outpatient program for adolescents. Our program is designed to help adolescents and their parents/guardians address maladaptive, self-destructive behaviors. We utilize a Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach while incorporating a number of other treatment modalities, such as integration of the 12-step model, yoga and art therapies and hands-on experiential activities.

Positions available:
Full Time Primary Counselor in our Hoffman Estates and Lake Bluff locations.
Full Time Admissions Coordinator in our Hoffman Estates and Lake Bluff locations.

Primary functions:
Facilitate didactic DBT skills groups, process groups, multi-family groups and experiential groups as assigned.
Carry caseload ranging from 8-10 clients; provide individual and family sessions as necessary, perform collateral case management duties to ensure collaboration with outside providers and schools, complete utilization review as needed, prepare cases for clinical staffing, actively participate in DBT consultation weekly, perform urine drug screens.
FRC will provide DBT training and weekly supervision for the hired individual.
Requirements:
Masters level licensed clinician
CADC certification a plus
Experience in case management, collaboration with outside providers
Ability to work evenings and holidays
